我们是俄罗斯的公民、流亡者、母亲、父亲、士兵的家人、学生、教师、工程师、艺术家。
我们热爱这片土地、这门语言、这份文化。
正因为热爱，我们必须发声。
今天的俄罗斯，正在被恐惧、审查、谎言和战争所绑架。
以国家之名行极权之实，以安全之名剥夺自由，以爱国之名压制良知。
我们不能沉默。
我们反对极权统治
我们反对由 Vladimir Putin 主导的个人权力高度集中的体制。
一个没有独立媒体、没有真正反对党、没有司法独立、没有公开透明选举监督的国家，不可能代表人民的意志。
真正的强国，不建立在恐惧之上。
真正的稳定，不来自压制异议。
真正的爱国，不是盲从权力。
我们反对这场针对乌克兰的战争
我们反对俄罗斯对 Ukraine 发动的战争。
这场战争并没有让俄罗斯更安全，反而让俄罗斯更孤立；
没有让俄罗斯更强大，反而让无数家庭破碎。
无数俄罗斯年轻人被送上战场，许多人再也没有回来。
无数乌克兰平民失去家园、亲人和未来。
战争不是俄罗斯人民的选择。
战争是权力的选择。
我们拒绝被恐惧统治
我们拒绝：
- 因为表达不同意见而被定罪
- 因为说出事实而被噤声
- 因为追求和平而被贴上"叛徒"标签
沉默不是中立。
沉默是在帮助极权延续。
我们相信另一种俄罗斯
我们相信：
- 一个拥有言论自由的俄罗斯
- 一个拥有真正选举的俄罗斯
- 一个法治而不是人治的俄罗斯
- 一个与世界和平共处的俄罗斯
- 一个不以战争证明力量的俄罗斯
俄罗斯的未来不属于恐惧，属于公民。
我们呼吁
我们呼吁俄罗斯人民：
- 拒绝战争叙事
- 传播真实信息
- 支持独立媒体
- 用合法、非暴力、公民的方式表达反对
- 保护彼此，守护良知
我们呼吁国际社会：
- 区分俄罗斯人民与发动战争的权力集团
- 支持俄罗斯的公民社会与独立声音
- 为未来的和平与和解保留空间

站起来，不是为了推翻国家，而是为了拯救国家。
站起来，不是为了仇恨，而是为了和平。
站起来，不是为了分裂，而是为了让俄罗斯重新回到尊严、自由与真相之中。
历史会记住今天谁选择了沉默，谁选择了站立。

Stand for freedom, dignity and peace
We are Russian citizens, exiles, mothers, fathers, soldiers' families, students, teachers, engineers and artists.
We love this land, this language and this culture.
It is because of love that we must speak out.
Today's Russia is being kidnapped by fear, censorship, lies and war.
Practice totality in the name of the country, deprive freedom in the name of security, and suppress conscience in the name of patriotism.
We can't be silent.

We oppose totality.
We oppose the highly centralized system of personal power led by Vladimir Putin.
A country without independent media, without real opposition parties, without judicial independence, without open and transparent election supervision cannot represent the will of the people.
A truly powerful country is not built on fear.
Real stability does not come from suppressing objections.
True patriotism is not blindly following power.

We oppose this war against Ukraine.
We oppose Russia's war against Ukraine.
This war did not make Russia safer, but made it more isolated;
Instead of making Russia stronger, it broke countless families.
Countless young Russians were sent to the battlefield, and many of them never came back.
Countless Ukrainian civilians have lost their homes, relatives and future.
War is not the choice of the Russian people.
War is the choice of power.

We refuse to be ruled by fear.
We refuse:
* Convicted for expressing different opinions
* Being mused for telling the truth
* Labeled as a "traitor" for the pursuit of peace
Silence is not neutral.
Silence is helping the totalitarian to continue.

We believe in another kind of Russia.
We believe that:
* A Russia with freedom of speech
* A Russia with a real election
* A Russia governed by the rule of law rather than human rule
* A Russia that coexists peacefully with the world
* A Russia that does not prove its strength by war
The future of Russia does not belong to fear, but to citizens.

* Reject the war narrative
* Disseminate real information
* Support independent media
* Express opposition in a legal, non-violent and civil way
* Protect each other and guard conscience
We call on the international community:
* Distinguish between the Russian people and the power groups that launched the war
* Support Russian civil society and independent voice
* Reserve space for future peace and reconciliation

Stand up not for hatred, but for peace.
